Maxi Cohen Studio has been selected by Artizen to compete in their Season 3 with the project, Rain Dance. A collaboration with the Pueblo of Arizona, Rain Dance, one of nine engagements of A Movement in Water™, our interactive multimedia "museum" of water, is intended to shift your consciousness and increase your reverence for water in yourself and in nature. Rain Dance is an immersive experience that allows people to participate in a traditional pueblo rain dance. Participants hear music, the wisdom of the elders, smell the desert, and feel the rain on their skin through the use of a haptic vest, and are made to feel the power of the rain dance through bio-responsive art.
